Delete Your Account
1. Delete Your Account in the App
On iPhone or Android, open Hydratogether and select Profile → Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps on screen. Your account is deleted immediately.
2. Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have the App installed, email support@hydratogether.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject line “Delete my Hydratogether account”. Include your Hydratogether username if you know it. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, then confirm by email.
3. Data That Is Deleted
- Your account, email address and username
- Your hydration records and daily targets
- Your profile photo and any photographs you posted
- Captions, reactions, friend connections, squads and challenge results
4. Data That Is Retained
We do not retain your personal information after your account is deleted. Encrypted backups maintained by our hosting provider are overwritten within 30 days. Information stored only on your device is not affected by account deletion; you can remove it under Profile → Account → Delete All Local Data, or by uninstalling the App.
