How do I add the Hydratogether widget?
Widgets are available on iPhone. Home Screen: touch and hold an empty area, tap Edit → Add Widget, then select Hydratogether. Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize → Lock Screen, then tap the widget area and select Hydratogether.
Why did my daily target increase?
On hot days and after workouts, Hydratogether adds to that day's target. You can disable an adjustment for the day from the Today screen, or turn the feature off under Profile.
Why isn't water from my smart bottle appearing?
On iPhone, enable Profile → Water from Apple Health, and confirm your bottle's app saves water to Apple Health. In the Health app, go to Sharing → Apps → Hydratogether and confirm Water access is allowed.
Why am I not receiving reminders?
Confirm notifications are allowed for Hydratogether in your device's Settings and that reminders are enabled under Profile → Reminders. Reminders are not sent outside your waking hours.
How do friends see my progress?
When you are signed in, accepted friends see your daily level as a percentage, never the amounts you drink. Turn this off at any time in the Feed under “Share my daily level with friends”. Your profile photo and posts are visible only to accepted friends.
What does Hydratogether Plus include?
Plus adds color themes and matching app icons, full history and insights, expanded Wrapped recaps, and saved bottles and drink types such as tea and sparkling water. Logging water, friends, squads, challenges and streaks are always free.
How do I cancel or restore Hydratogether Plus?
Open Profile → Hydratogether Plus → Manage Subscription, or cancel in your device's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). On a new device, sign in to the same Hydratogether account, or tap Restore on the Hydratogether Plus screen. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or by Google Play.
How do I delete my data?
Select Profile → Account → Delete All Local Data. Account holders may instead select Profile → Account → Delete Account. To request deletion without the App, see Delete Your Account.
