Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hydratogether mobile application (the "App") provided by Hydratogether ("Hydratogether," "we," "us" or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), as supplemented by these Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms govern to the extent permitted by the Standard EULA.
3. Health Disclaimer
The App is a general wellness tool intended to encourage healthy hydration habits. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Daily targets, adjustments and reminders are general guidance only. If you have a medical condition that affects fluid intake, including kidney or heart conditions, or if you are pregnant or have been prescribed a fluid limit, consult a qualified healthcare professional and follow their guidance.
4. Accounts
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address or phone number associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
5. Hydratogether Plus Subscriptions
Logging water, friends, squads, challenges and streaks are free. Hydratogether Plus is an optional subscription that adds color themes and app icons, full history and insights, expanded Wrapped recaps, and saved bottles and drink types.
- Plans and pricing: Hydratogether Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription at US$2.99 per month or US$24.99 per year. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App before purchase.
- Free trial: the annual plan includes a seven-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription.
- Billing and renewal: payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: you may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Profile → Hydratogether Plus in the App.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.
Features that are free at the time you use them, including logging water, friends, squads and challenges, will not be moved behind the subscription.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of photographs and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to the friends you have selected, solely to operate the App. You represent that you have the rights necessary to post your User Content.
7. Acceptable Use
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or infringing, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App. You may report any post from its options menu and block other users at any time. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates these Terms and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who post it. You can also report a concern by emailing support@hydratogether.com.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydratogether shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
